This is another informative book, Liz. I didn't know what a downer was until I read further. Here we call it witching. My ex-husband's uncle was able to do this and found the best place for us to dig a new well. I was always fascinated by that.

I found only one little spag: " Let me strolling(stroll) over to my bookcase.

Thank you for your involved, supportive review. I'm glad you've had the witching experience. We don't know how dowsing works, but we know how to use it. It is something about energy within things communicating with our spiritual selves.

What chapter is this? I don't think I've seen anything about it in the past. Fiddling with a phone's volume is a good excuse for not hearing all her friend has to say. The phone exchange between the two women is good at giving clues to their character. My grandparents finally used a dowser to locate water on their farm after having three wells drilled and no water. I watched his peach tree branch suddenly dip down and the fourth well came in good. So I am interested in your character.

Thank you for your involved review. You remind me, I could note this is the beginning of a new book. That is cool that you saw dowsing happening.

I thought it had to be a first chapter but wasn't sure. Look forward to reading more.

Oh, I see that we are in for another adventure and you will teach us about dowsing! I didn't know about the placement of churches and the "Mary line" and the "Michael line." All new ground for me!

Maybe I need to read again, but there are at least two stories here, one having to do with harps, rain and Tor (very close to the nordic god Thor) and one having to do with magnetics fields, ley lines dowsing, and churches. Good fit for the title Huh? Perhaps we shall see what develps?

Thank you for your involved review. We are in the area of much unknown. The narrator, Madeline, doesn't know much yet. It will gradually piece together. Stay with us.

It all sounds very confusing to me. But I suppose if I knew more about it, I might be able to sorta, kinda make some sense of it -maybe. Harp music is beautiful and might soothe someone who is troubled...but marching on ley lines sounds rather iffy to me.

Wonderful. The best way I have found to follow someone's novel is to become a fan. That way we get notified everytime they write.
My previous book on here called Traffic was about my friend & I rescuing 10 Native teens. It is in the first 13 chapters. Feel free to read it. There is no need for reviews.Just enjoy.
