The tale is is a good lesson to all of us.
Look after your body for the first 40 years and your body will look after you for the next 40years.
Many of us take better care of maintaining our motorcars than of maintaining our personal health.
The idea, art presentation and expression in 100 words make this excellent! Well done!

It seems to me you have a pacemaker? From the EKG you have in the photo, I can tell. If so, you do need it to live a normal life without dying from a heart attack.
