Begin the sentence with the same letter poem. When you start a sentence with the same letter it is amazing to write. Your poem brings out many resolutions for the new year.

This is very well made and I like the message of each line. They are all filled with positivity and wisdom. The title plays an important part, as one must have the resolve to accomplish or try to accomplish each line of the poem.

Great entry for the Pleiades Poetry writing prompt and best of wishes in the contest! The words flow nicely together throughout the piece and didn't seem to be forced;-)

Well done Pleiades poem. Each line of your poem gives the reader a "resolve" and the artwork you selected brings your words to life, I want to play in the water with them. I really like the entire poem but the last three lines especially
"Reach out to others who may be in need,
Realize it's how we should all act, indeed.
Replace fear with courage, don't follow...lead!"

A fine example of this form that really helped me understand just how to do this poetry...made it simpler than I expected and I feel ready to try one.
