Yup, I'm getting 92 (maybe more) FanStory cents for reviewing this. I have yet to find anyone else who accepts this crypto currency, so I must mine for it in order to have people read my works. Someone should do their thesis on the FanStory economy and how to best play the market. Should one labor tirelessly reading everything and writing reviews, or should they focus on writing that perfect contest entry with hopes of winning back more than the entry fee? Perhaps this question is better left to philosophers. Delightful and relevant limerick!

If you are really a gambler, you might enjoy focusing on one of those $100.00 gift certificates. It has paid off for me twice, my years with FanStory. I'm still in the dark about what it takes to win. Thanks for a great review.

I have entered a few of those contests, with no positive results.

The limerick form holds potential. It is particularly good at the joke or quick jab. You have given this an interesting punch line. It flows well. The language is light and playful.
Thanks for a good read.

Wow, a clean limerick. It is also a creative piece of writing that is fun and could do well in this contest, good luck. Making FanStory the focal point of the story is clever. I won a second one time and told a friend while my win did pay, my tax bracket stayed the same. Good job.

Thank you Terry. I appreciate the fur review. No, ours wins on this site aren't likely to put us in a higher tax bracket.

S u r e. T h a t works as a l i m e r i c k I guess though I thought they (limericks) needed to have like count of syllables (like ten or twelve) on lines 1-2-5 and six on 3-4.

I believe the correct number is nine syllables on lines 1-2-5 and 6 on three and four which is what I have. Most limericks have nine.

After searching, here's what I found about our discussion. Unlike haiku, the limerick does not have a definitive number of syllables. Commonly, lines 1, 2 and 5 have nine syllables, while lines 3 and 4 have six. But that?s not always the case.
