Such great descriptions and imagery. I wish I could be at a place like that. It's still freezing cold and we just had a winter storm. Dreaming of spring and a scene like you described.

Thanks for reading. I'm wondering if you might have suggestions on how I might improve it. Its how I learn...thanks.

Suggestions? I may have written it differently but whether that would be an improvement... idk. line four tumbling rather than it tumbles. Remove it to start line six, exchange a for just in line 15, remove bird in sixteen and change dark to darken. Try them and let me know your response.
