Thank you for sharing this delightful story about your organized husband, and providing something to laugh about today. I can just imagine how you felt when he organized your closet, and your bookshelves.

Thank you Anne, I'm glad you got a laugh from it. I didn't find it funny at the time but I do now.

You are welcome, Beth. My husband was retired long before me, and I used to come home to rooms rearranged.

This is hilarious, Beth. I'm the organizer in this household, but I stick to putting like objects in the same drawer, or cupboard. I don't ever have to worry about my husband organizing. Lol You've done an excellent job of telling the story.

Thank you so much for reviewing. This is a special review because it gives me twenty-five on this one and it should get a special certificate for that that.

Your husband sounds like he was fuzzy in whatever he did. Sometimes they can get too neat. Either they save or throw away. I had a brother who was that way. I remember him working as a housekeeper and used the wrong product for the floor.

Thank you Rosemary. I appreciate the review and comments. My husband didn't mine throwing things away. He was more inclined to that me. I use to go through the garbage before it went out to make sure to rescue the items I still needed that he was tossing.

I enjoyed reading about your husband's talents and about the humor when two different views of organization come to a clash. I'm glad he could use his visual and engineering skills in loading the dishwasher!

I cringe to contemplate the "organized" closet and shelves. I admire your restraint. Loved this piece--I can relate in theory--fortunately, not in reality.

Thank you again. He thought I'd be pleased, but I wasn't at all. He had a lot more energy that I do.

Out of six. Evan reminds me of my Mary. She would wash water if she could get it cleaner. I retired early as well. I also raised cattle but found joy in gardening. I would have liked Evan. Good one, Beth.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. I really appreciate the review. I think Evan would have like you as well and I think I would have liked Mary. I went to see the Georgia Guidestones yesterday. Do you know anything about them?

No, I am afraid not. Are they Christian Gospel?
reply by the author on 27-Feb-2022
No, The man who had them put there used RC Christian as his name, but no one knew anything about him. He thing some cataclysmic event will happen and only a few people will be left. Some think it is Rosicrucian. They deny it. Look them up.

Yea, I remember this. World order, one-world government. He even thought secrets were in some airport but that turned out to be stupid as well.

Well written. Good work.
Yeah, maybe the clothes and books was overstepping. Even I would have asked before jumping into that fighting cage. The dishwasher, though, I'm with him. I think it's because it's too close to geometry, read math, for women to excel.
Best wishes.

Thank you Wayne. Yes most of my husbands organizational abilities was a good thing. He just needed to realize there was certain areas that he wasn't free to organize.

My younger daughter was like that, fortunately the elder one balanced that out, my son in law who's married to my younger daughter is like that. they suit one another, although different in nature my two daughters are brilliantly suited to one another, my wife and I are a little "snobby" however, which is fine by, the trick is getting on with one another, hopefully that works out, as it has with your Hubby, thanks for sharing Beth, well done, blessings Roy
Typo : Even when (in) was written. It?

Thank you for the review and comments. I really appreciate them. I can't imagine the word snobby being used to describe you and your wife. Maybe we define it differently. To me snobby means you think you're better than anyone else. That certainly wouldn't be true of you.

I'm a bit like your husband, Beth, and my husband is the slob, LOL. I blame his mother! She didn't let him do anything! Well, I have changed some things, and I refuse to let him off!! But other things, he's too old in the tooth. He came to me far too late!
I would love a walk in closet, I'd soon fill it up. I've got clothes that I've had for 30+ years, and the fashion has come full circle and I can wear them again. Don't men realise we are saving them money?? I'm glad you liked the conversion enough to get over the loss of your closet room. I really enjoyed reading this my friend. Love and hugs, Sandra xx

Thank you so much for the review. I'm still have four closets packed with clothes. I which I was motivated enough to get rid of them. I'm gat the from 30 years back too. I never buy anything new because I have no where to put them. I wish my husband was still around to organize me. He was a big help in many ways.

It's funny what we suddenly miss when they have gone. After my husband died, nearly 40 years ago now, I remember the little things that went wrong which I didn't notice when he was alive, mainly because he sorted them before I knew they were broken. All of a sudden these little things became huge things!
Don't worry about the clothes, they keep coming back into fashion. :)) xx
