HI Sandra, yes late again...but I'll never miss a chapter...
I have a feeling Richard thinking Gwendolyn is a black swan...is going to kick him right in the butt...she has something up her petticoat...she won't let Richard get away with...the way he treats her...I got a feeling if she dumped Richard...he wouldn't be so rich...or popular...GURRRRRRR....I feel bad for Gwendolyn...beauty comes from the heart...
and I think him and Miles are going to go rounds...when he finds out Miles is still with Meg...
so Margot and Bessie need to get moving...you best talk to them...
when I was a kids...my mother said pretty much what your mother would say...except my mom would say...Just wait until your dad gets home...you'll be sorry...mark my words...and she was like an elephant...she didn't forget anything...

we went to the library today...the woman was behind...but said she would have them all on the shelves within 10 days...I told her I would be leaving the 1st week of April...and she said they would be on by then...I want to send you a picture before I leave...
things here are slowing down...we're going to my brother Jim's Sunday...all Michael's family and friends will be there...it's like a reunion...we post pictures of times past...and have a cook out...and talk about family members passed...still hard to believe...sigh...
well I'm off to read the next chapter...love you girl...xxoo

I love that idea of all of you going to Jim's with photos and chatting about the memories you all hold. That is the nicest way to keep him with you. Michael will be sure to listen in and smile, with your mum and sister, too.
Okay, now for your amazing review. Lol, Gwendolyn kicking Richard in the butt! No, if she left Richard, she loses everything. Now she is married to him, he basically owns her and everything that was hers, belongs to him now. That's how it worked back in those days, and still does to a certain extent. Today, she'd get half of it back. I'm coming back as a man next time!!!!!

This is the best chapter, so far. I liked the way you let us explore the characters. I don't like Richard either and if I was his wife, I would put rat poison in his wine lol. Christ, good job I wasn't born back then. I would have been hung lol. Thank you for sharing and take care.

father will likely be just as bad.
This is an excellent chapter to keep readers turning the pages.
Somehow, I think the ghosts are going to create some mayhem,
like some others ghosts did with a certain admiral. :)

Lol! I still like that book, I had fun writing that one. Have you noticed I do like ghosts? I know that will surprise you, as it's not really that obvious!! The thing with being invisible, you can have so much more fun!
