The tango is indeed the most exotic dance I know. You capture its flair with your first two lines. But does the dance itself SPEAK of romance? And is love having a romance? Work on that last line. Even a slight tweak will help:
speaks of love, romance.

Thank you for not dishing out an unquestioning review, and suggesting a rethink on the last line. Tango is so sensually explicit at times that 'romantic love' is a bit soft to describe it - but yes, I do think that love is (initially) romance and attraction.... however, at your urging I have now amended the last line to make it more in keeping with tango's sultriness.

Nicely rhymed in the Haiku form. The tango can be a very erotic dance. Just watching it at times can get the blood flowing. You should do well in the contest.
