Hello, June, and happy Monday to you! I've always liked the Tanka form as I feel it gives a little more "elbow room" than the traditional 5-7-5 of the Haiku to express thoughts and emotions. Here you've stayed within the 5-7-5-7-7 count and yet expanded the changing of the season to include a much broader meaning. The reader is left to process what has changed in this couple's relationship) or in their own? Then to sit back and feel comforted that regardless of the "atmosphere" they have weathered it together. Very nice!

Beautifully written and matches the picture perfectly. As the reader, I wonder what has changed - their relationship, perhaps. Yet, they walk on as if nothing has changed. Very nice entry.
