Thank you Harmony! Lol, However my short phrase regarding; some thought it would never last, well at times I was one of of them! Now I wouldn't give him up for anything! I pray God gives us more time together!

This is a beautifully written written 5-7-5 poem. Nice overall presentation. It's a true blessing to have a love that lasts 50 years and beyond. My parents are both deceased but had 62 wonderful years together.

It does happen. I was married for 48 years. My husband passed away in November 2017. We fought, and we loved. We hung on together through thick and thin. We were different as day and night, however, we rode the waves. Thank you for this awesome story.

Carolyn, I saved your review until last to tell you once again how Sorry I am that you lost your husband of 48 years. Mu husband & I will actually be married 48 next month, but we dates for two years prior to that; therefore I count 50 years loving him! I can't imagine how hard that would be and I don't take time together for granted. You are such a loving caring soul & I pray that God has given you peace since 2017! God be with you, my friend!
