Great job with this complicated prompt, mystery writer. There is some definite dark humor here that fits well with the required topic. It also has a bit of a looney tunes feel, which I think really works given the competition. The rhyme is consistent throughout, and you told a full narrative. Best of luck in the contest.

Boy the speaker tried almost every way to kill him to get his/her greedy hands on the money. But he never succumbs. If he has so much money, he probably has a will. And by now he has figured out all the speaker has done and had written him out.
The artwork works well with the poem.

You succeeded in keeping me giggling from the beginning of my reading of your work to its end. Congratulations! Your inclination to inspire unequivocally hit the ground running.
The work highlights its humour portals right from the inception of the work, where the protagonist makes mention of Granddad as "still being here" and wishing he'd disappear. Another humorous spot is where the protagonist quipped about the need for Granddad to disappear "before all his money is spent." In fact the humour mill kept grinding on and on until it climaxes where the protagonist dug a pit for him "hoping he'd fall in it," but as usual "outsmarts" him through the years until he is now " a hundred and three."
The work earns its texture through its effective generation of humour, which falls in tandem with the specifications of the writing prompt..
