That's a good idea. I think we should seize all their mothers and cousins too. Then in a couple of weeks, after they realize Putin isn't going to lift a finger to help them, we send them back.

This reads more like a brief news article. What was the the surprise?
I think it is well written. I see no errors or anything missing structurally.

Your story has a GOOD angle. Who would expect that kind of action against the Oligarchs? That's a great idea. They don't seem to care about their $50 million yachts. I like the response from Vlad the Impaler.

This is a good contest entry, informative and educational, surprising, orderly processed the facts though like a reader like me, I get the enjoyment in the read but I do not appreciate or understand the theme of surprise, some more flesh might have been there or at least a line might have been highlighted to help a less read reader like me, I appreciate the endeavour, if not with the order of expression; I mean it is not catchy and appealing to know about the surprise; I know author has his own explanation and self-pleading for he is the author he knows 100% but it is expressed less than 100%; well said, well done; post god speed more; positively encouraging editing, negatively not wording, forgiving errors of theist-good authors-writers.
