To my untrained eye, you have followed the rules and have excelled.
I wasn't going to offer a review because I am so unqualified. But then I saw that you asked a question that compelled a response.
Yes, I agree - until you are attacked and invaded by forces intent on robbing this child of her liberty and very life.
Best wishes.

Unfortunately, though we agree the ones that matter, Mr Putin and his army, they do not hear what the world is saying.
A lovely Trinet poem as you plead for the end of wars, if only.
Good luck in the contest.
cheers.

The phot of that little girl is the most dramatic and tragic look on a child's face one could never hope to see. Yes, if the tragedy caused to families isn't enough, nothing will work, beautifully written my friend, good luck, blessings Roy

Roy, we live in a world filled with turmoil. This is for certain. I anguish over the world's leaders seemingly playing chess, sacrificing the pawns for nefarious and greedy positions of power over and over. I just have to remind myself that God has a plan.

We fight not against flesh and blood but principalities and powers. It matters not who leads, but depends on prayer.

This is a strong entry in the Trinet writing contest. War develops from out of control egos and greed. What is happening around the world today is horrible. You have brought attention to the situation with your excellent posting. Best wishes in the contest!

What a sad picture that reminds us that most of the victims of war are young and innocent.
This is a well done trinet that is a prayer we all wish would be answered quickly.
Good luck in the contest.
Keep writing and stay healthy

Even if lives are not always lost - innocence is. Children have seen what they should never have to see. That is the ugly reality of war. When will it all end? Your poem is touching in its plea for peace.

A very important message in a very short poem. What is going on in Ukraine is unbelievable. We have never before been exposed to war in such graphic detail with all the TV coverage.

Why, indeed. A thoughtful trinet that expresses how many of us feel during these times. An excellent entry for the writing prompt.

Stay well,
Erika

This is the prayer of so many. It seems that one war ends and another two begin. I enjoyed reading your poem, which is a plea for peace in a violent, troubled world. Good luck with this contest.

Pam, yes I feel that society as a whole is seeking a dynamic change away from the idle rich money grabbers who thirst for power.
