This poem is surprisingly poignant as we hear how two lovers met and then learn it may have happened in another lifetime, too. I like how you repeat line1 at the end of every stanza, perhaps to symbolize your theme of repeated love. Rod

The rhyming scheme here is so clever - a repeat of the first line, then a repeat of the second, then the last. Amazing. I thought it was going to finish with: "For years love's lasted rain or shine". That would have been a good ending too.

I am so sorry that I am out of sixes. I love the repetition of the first and last lines. It's like an introduction, the body of an essay and a summary in each stanza. This is beautifully expressed. The only thing I would suggest is consistency in punctuation and capitalization.
