This is an easy-flowing poem that captures the excitement well.
I hope this isn't true... a gambling addiction usually has serious repercussions for others as well as the gambler. The fun and excitement can come at a huge personal cost.
Good to see you don't go that often.

But tempted now and then It's off I go,
(use lower case 'i' for It's)
