Good show! Of course I will be singing to that addictive melody for the rest of the day:

sit in a tub filled with bubbles and lather!
Mops in the corner demanding I prance...
floors are demanding I grab it and dance!"

I can identify with all of your favorite things and enjoyed reading your selections. Some of your rhymes feel a little forced, meaning the syllable rhythm is a little different from the original song, but overall, every sentence rhymed. I enjoyed reading. Best wishes in the contest.

I guess 'the size of a king' is subjective. But maybe I'm wrong. I just remembered 'King size portions'.
Odd that Bald eagle gets capitalized, but hummingbirds don't.

Yes, these are all very nice things and you paint a very rosy song that involves lots of nature.

Interesting -I guess we all have different things that are our favorites. Your list is good. If this is a song, I guess the repeats are the chorus. Thank you for sharing

"When I'm too tired
When my ears ring
When my world spins
It's nice to reflect on my favorite things
then things don't get under my skin." I like these lines it reminds me of that motto Keep Calm and drink beer:) Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.
