The objective correlative of your work reminisces the deep incisive percolating effect of the male antagonist's words on the female protagonist victim.
The work highlights the antagonist's impacting of no physical injuries on the victim, but word propelled pain that cuts deep into her like a knife.
The work earns its texture through its effective use of simile, personification and imagery.
