Excellent entry for the 5-5-5 writing prompt contest.
Good syllables count and connection between lines with nice presentation and imagery. It flows well with descriptive words that paint a clear mental picture. One of my favorites.

Oh, I meant perennials, sorry. I didn't plant annuals this year because of my arm being in a splint for a month. So the gardens are not quite as lovely as usual.

First of all, I love the dancing flowers in the picture. This reinforces the last line about nature putting on a show. You also emphasize the ebb and flow of the seasons that lead to the ultimate show.
