The author's words were exceptional of the assessment of life today. For me, It is exactly the way it is today! I found the words to be true, unexplainable, strong, clear, descriptive and creative. The poem flows and connects well. The artwork is awesome and compliments this poem.

You are right as in this fast world nothing seems permanent anymore, laws are changing every day and it is hard to keep up with the latest trend that will also be considered history soon. I would things just to stay the same for a while so that I can get my breath and catch up, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

That's an awesome closing line - sums up how we often respond to things changing. The very existence of the Ubi Sunt shows how change has always happened through history, and always been met with both excitement and bafflement.

If letting your mind wander lets you write poems like this than keep letting it wander. The world is impermanent. Everything wanes or waxes as the world goes round like the bicycle wheel. And maybe those neighbors would have less to complain about if they did something about the things they don't like. If is possible.
