Very well done, and sentimentally valid. One suggestion is how you wrote in paraagraph one "Your present here for me is my heart with happiness." Does the following sound better maybe? Your present here for me is "a heart full of happiness." idk, if better but perhaps worthy of consideration?

This is a lovely poem written to your woman. She must be very special. I liked the words you have written, ones filled with great importance. It takes two to make a great relationship. And it sounds like one mutual. I enjoyed reading, whether it is non-fiction or fiction. Thank you for sharing.
