A small nod to Bob Dylan if only for the phrase.
Whatever else one thinks about his songs they are full of memorable phrases. The poem flows well and fits well in the music term of blues. The words are fitting to the sentiment. The answer is both a answer to the statement and to the feeling of blues. An intoxicating mixture of cultures.

Tangled up in blue is one of my favorites Bob Dylan songs. I just love the imagery it evokes.

Another fine poem, Gypsy----and my ex's lighthouse must have been for the entrance to the Island of Sirens because I was broken on the rocks of oblivion!

I enjoyed the romantic imagery you have utilised to convey love and longing and ultimate reunion and togetherness. The title of Dylan's song fits in nicely.
