I can see you poured your heart into this beautiful poem ; an ode to your wife and her many qualities as a person, as a mom, as your loved one.
She is obviously your rock and a fierce and protective momma lion for your family.
In these troubled and daunting times, a firm hand is necessary, like a life jacket in a storm at sea.
Sorry to hear that your are still struggling with bouts of depression.
Your wife has a big job coping with a growing family of three but you too work hard to provide for all of them so please give yourself the merit you also deserve.

I?m still up , can?t sleep .. I noticed you post less. I miss your poetry .
The situation in Italy is dire.
massive NATO troops are moving to eastern borders.
From 40.000 units it rose to 120,000 but now they want to pump it up to 300.000.
That only means one thing :War .
Sorry, I know I sound a broken record.
How is the weather over there? How is Zoe?s eye treatment going ?

Wow! this a superbly stated free verse. It's almost a narrative. I loved the simple two worded lines.. you've waited....you forgave. I love the poem being centered on the visual. The visual also fits well. The font is a tad light. You may want to consider bold font for the entire poem or a darker black font. You could also just bold font the following words:
you wait
you've waited
you forgave
showing
misguided soul
how to love.
Then you would have a love poem within a love poem. It was a wonderful read.

Thanks ? I have a bit of a rough time adding any flourishments to the basic layout because I only have a phone to write with, no computer.
I'd like to change the color on some words or phrases from time to time but alas, I don't seem to be able to.
