The objective correlative of your work reminisces the protagonist's admonition for failures that expresses the need for them to abhor quitting; believe in themselves; and to always see themselves as doing very well.
The work earns its texture through its effective use of rhymes, alliterations and imagery.

Not sure if this is intentional, you have two quatrains, followed by a tercet, and then a quintain. Did you want to have four quatrains?

What you have is good. I would suggest going through it and tightening things up where you can.
