You just told on yourself, you must be 76 years old, or young, depending on how you look at it. No matter, if you have a 20-year-old car that looks perfect, it still has 20 years of fatigue on it. So, I would definitely go along with the Senior person in denial description. Mainly because it sounds like me.
Perfectly written! I loved reading this story perhaps more for the ease of reading than even for the content. I am usually a pretty critical reviewer, and I will point out even the slightest little hiccup, but you didn't even sneeze through this whole thing. Nothing wrong with spelling, spacing, punctuation, font size, verb usage or anything. I absolutely loved it. I feel I sort of know you now and I look forward to more of your work.
I see from the last paragraph that I really didn't "discover" anything with my math prowess, you straight out tell us you are 76 anyway.
Excellent job young lady, simply delectable.

This is delightful! It shows your sense of humor and tells a lot about you as a person. My favorite parts are "Mom didn't allow us to kill each other" and the list that puts your niece Cindy after your dog and six cats. I love that you have rescued cats and continue to do so! I have the heart gene, too. My hair is getting a little gray, but I keep it short, so it doesn't show as much. I am sorry about your sons. I have been lucky in that area. I enjoyed your article.

Thank you. I just went through my life in a brief form as the contest specifies 500 words or less. You're right, nobody is perfect. I certainly am not as I made a lot of mistakes. Husband number one was a biggie. Hugs

I thought it was a very nice piece. Not sure if this a submission to a contest, but if so, then good luck. I thought you explained yourself very articulately. I would have liked to hear in depth about and event in your life. I can understand that some things might be too difficult to talk about, but I"m sure there is at least one time that your heart rate got over 125 and you would be willing to share it with the rest of the world. Again, nice job.

Thank you. I could have written 5000 words and not covered my life. The contest said only 500 words or less so I was kind of limited. I just did a brief story of my life and hit the main details. Hugs.
