I like that you took the challenge and wrote about a school setting. It is a microcosm of the greater world. If something like bullying can be stopped by electing a nerd, then I hope choosing the right presidential candidate will get rid of bullies in our country. Best wishes in the contest!

An up to date story about good and evil. What made the nerd a nerd? His or her clothes? Hair style? Grades in school?
Your story was all telling and no show. That's why only 4 stars.
Jason who wore high water pants and a pocket protector was classified as a nerd but was running for class president.
