Fair go mate! Did they have a go at ya? Take no notice. Americans think they run the world; our language has a French touch, we put the date in the right order. We also capitalize where necessary, they can't be bothered.
If they really have a go, just mute them. K XX A stands for arrogance!

Lol. Thanks mate. I have been pleasantly surprised at the supportive reviews. I thought I might either ruffle feathers or be ignored! Of course our date is in the right order - why do they put it back to front? Maybe just to trick us. Lol. Thanks so much for your super and fun review. Greatly appreciated.

These past few years in the U.S. have been rife with such intolerance, arrogance, and judgmentalism.
I do wish, though, that English speaking people could agree on a universal system of phonetical spelling that made sense, especially considering people of different languages who try to learn English, not to speak of those among not as blessed with great intellect. Spelling thoroughfare shouldn't be that hard. (It's not, but the best example I could think of quickly at 4am.

Thank you Wayne - and you are right. It is very difficult for those who learn English as a second language!
cough, enough, though, through, bough, bought - These all have "-ough" yet, all are pronounced with a different sound. Very confusing.
They tried to make a universal phonetic English language with Esperanto, but it wasn't accepted - perhaps no-one wanted to relinquish their own spelling.
"Esperanto, despite its intellectual appeal, was simply not practical. It was no one's mother tongue; finding other speakers outside conventions was nearly impossible; and it wasn't even a true standard, as unofficial words appeared and spread."
