I thought you were going for a serious rant about the necessity of the mother figure in our culture so i was ready for a real head-scratcher. Instead i get this lovely, whimsical little short and a picture of an adorable gecko.
To a much lesser degree i find myself making similar requests throughout my address book. The weather's rubbish this week...hmmm who might want a visit? I have a friend who lives in Spain. I'll ask her.

LOL Thank you. I have four adult sons. Three are married with families. My youngest isn't married, yet, but he also lives in Texas, but on the gulf.
