"Dream Lady" is a poem about the discovery of love within the narrator's life. It's written contemporary American English, and perhaps lacks the wording that could exemplify, could show rather than tell, about real passion. Singular descriptions create singular reactions; general statements are the stuff of Reader's Digest; not bad, but not too rousing.

I like the English romantic poetry of the 17th and 18th Centuries, and there's lots of newer and older great love poetry as well.

It seems that the first stanza is stronger than the second--it reads smoother. Still, overall, a lovely poem.
