How true, but how scary and how very possible. There must be a way of stopping the deluge before it is too late. Nobody will do it except a Republican, and my vote goes to Trump.

Hopefully Trump will be long gone before this happens - and it will. King Canute couldn't hold back the tide, and USA also won't be able to. It will always be seen as a better option that the 'shithole' countries these desperate people currently live in. And maybe an illegal immigrant as President will be able to make the difference that the lying, unethical, entitled, self-aggrandizing Trumps of the world couldn't.
