That was amazing! I'm so glad Cord went and even happier that he sorted Alan out. But ... has he gone forever? Or is he going to cause more trouble? Hmm. I won't mind if Cord is always there to sort him out. Ali must give up her life in the city, and go and live with ... marry, Cord and live at the ranch where she is happy. I love this, Barbara! I can promise we have not heard the end of Alan. We will see him at least four more times, if my memory serves me correctly. Thank you for the kind review.

This chapter was near perfect. The only thing missing? Cord should have punched Alan in his pompous face. and then added a boot in his butt for good measure. Clearly, I cannot stand guys like Alan.
