Hello Author,
What a great poem. I never thought much about what a baby must think or feel. Everything is new and perhaps overwhelming. Thanks so much for sharing this. Good luck in the contest.
Have a blessed evening.

Thanks TB. Let's bait a line before it's too late, together. Two olde salts just drifting the stream.

Sounds great!

I wonder ? a little at a time. What?s next remains a mystery. How about visiting Adam before Eve came along?

Well done. Very original take on the theme of reactions, and it sounds quite authentic. Nicely written and engaging. Best wishes for your entry in the contest.

After doing that and feeding our herd of Herefords freshly mown grass, I thought what would a baby calf be thinking. Should I?

I really enjoyed reading your poem. I was so thrilled when my niece was born - it never occurred to me that she was probably thrilled, too. You did a good job of describing a newborn's first thoughts. Thanks for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Quite the imaginative creation. Even the cliche' little pigs went to market was snuck in cutely. I thought it expressed thoughts a newborn might feel. Blessings. Barbara. Xo

Very unique writing from a
newborn's narrative. It's
fascinating reading this. A
strong contender for the,
"Reactions," writing prompt.
Have a good Thursday!

Unique, I try to be. One key at a time. Type, type, type until the white is covered partially with ink, but only after the command "print."
