I tried crocheting a few months ago. I found it both easy and difficult. I followed a pattern to make a stuffed dinosaur for my boyfriend's godson. It looks great! It has a head and everything. That's all, though... I only made the head before I got frustrated and quit, lol. It's just sitting in a bin somewhere. My closet has turned into a hobby graveyard. Any inspiring words to get me back on the horse?

Hobby poem you have penned for the contest. You used very good descriptive words and very nice imagery with the picture you have shared. I always wanted to crochet, but never learned how. Many years ago, my neighbor tried teaching me to crochet. My items were heavy. I like many things people crochet. It takes work and time. I rather buy them myself. Because my items did not come out that great. People who do this type of work correctly make beautiful items. Thank you for sharing.

Be careful making dogs wear cute crocheted items. They will not protect your home from burglars while you are away in retaliation for that. "Oh yeah? Make me wear that dumb little hat? I'm showing this guy where your jewelry box is... and the silver service! Stupid little hat!"
