This Ohmie story is priceless! Well, I guess I always think that every Ohmie story by you is priceless, don't I? I love that May wants to slap Ohmie upside the head! Very May of her. This one is so precious with its scientific verbosity. Wow! Gotta love that Ohmie with all your heart!

I felt like Ohmie's mother reading this one, Wayne, but still it had me chuckling all the way through. I hope May gave him the kick he needed to get back on track. Well done.

Ohmie is quite an interesting character, possibly too wise for his own good.

Would be a very difficult problem to deal with if both sides of the brain did not function together.

But, he seemed to have a fix for the situation.

Very interesting, but at the same time it would be a terrible predicament for poor Ohmie! Where does this story fit in? before he has cancer? Or has he survived it? Or just a different story altogether? With fictional characters there doesn't really need to be a timeline. Well written story.

This story, Ohmie Invents a Left/Right Bridge, sure makes we worry about what goes through people's minds. Ohmie, as usual, is a hoot.

How dismaying it would be if one side of the brain wouldn't co operate with the other side, one was order, the other creative and spontaneous, two complimentary forces not working together, it would be a little disturbing. This is beautifully written my friend, very creative, blessings Roy

Of course, they work together, but sometimes one side is so dominate that it is questioned.

I think most are dominated to some degree.

My theory is that Adam, David, and Jesus (and prob'ly more) were perfectly balanced.

Wayne,

This is terrific. (Thank you for the nod in the notes.) It would seem that certain things should be left to our Creator the way they are, and not improved upon. I sure hope that slap works! Otherwise, Ohmie's problems are about to increase exponentially. I guess the teick to a happy life is knowing when to let which side dominate. Notes follow.

Sue

Gaining his mother's attention, Ohmie continued explaining his invention, the invention to be inserting up his cerebral aqueduct to his diencephalon. -- I think you mean "to be inserted"

Mom's focus sprang to her son. -- LOL -- sprang

The two elements wanted to weld together. -- seems like it would be more like two magnets refusing to make contact

"It's in my brain, Mom. I can feel it. The left wants order and structure, and the right side wants improvisation and creativity. They're fighting!" -- love this

Ohmie quivered and shivered as he cast the offending bow aside. -- perfect language in the perfect place.

This is a interesting read. I tried hard to find a grammatical issue to help you out, but it's sound. The only thing I wonder about is if in the very first sentence you need a comma after the word do because Ohmie detailed is equivalent to Ohmie said which would need a comma. Just my two cents.

Nice story. Thanks and keep up the great work!
