I have to pause here. Your questions are probing and I see all the moments this very day so have been flustered, harried, worried, sharp in retort.
If only I'd have opened my eyes!

I really enjoyed the way your rhyme flowed in this particular poem. There are certain types of poetry that seem to sing. Some of Aussie words are perfect rhymes in our way of speaking but they are close enough.

A beautiful poem, and we need to acknowledge Him more, and bow before Him with humility and awe. In the second last line, should it be "you're" rather than "your"? This meditation is a challenge to me. Thank you for sharing.

Wonderful spiritual meditation, Roy! So many end up worshiping the creation and entirely miss worshiping the Creator Who made it all. We really need to be in awe of the Lord.
My favorite lines are:
For He is the dawning's sunrise,
and the truth that conquers all lies.

What a beautiful and thoughtful question and answer poem, Roy, once we can answer those questions, then we truly know our God.
I love this line...it means a lot to me right now, as I age with medical problems,
"When we see God's mercy dawning, and the source that conquered mourning, does the majesty you're seeing seem reflections of His being"
Indeed, no matter the question, there's always a Biblical answer...Faith in our loving God, never fails us...thanks for sharing this with us, its 6 o'clock in the morning here, and your well written rhymed quatrain verses, will be the with me all day..Blessings,
Warmly,
Victoria

Hello Roy,
Well done on your poem. We need to first acknowledge God, and then thank Him for the many blessings we have. I think many people who doubt the existence of God are more afraid that if they believe they may have to give up their way of life, so it's easier just to say that they don't believe. The Lord never gives up on them thought. He doesn't want anyone to perish. As He mentions, He gets no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but would rather have everyone repent and enjoy eternal life.
Have a blessed day my friend.

It seems almost supernatural that I am thinking of the same verse today as I woke up. Mini will not hear the gospel or it will be challenged to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. However, they will not be able to refute what God has placed before them and His creation the heavens in the earth the created world. They will stand before him and have to answer in judgment if they have not received Him as Creator and Lord of all. Sending you my best today as always in my very best for the day,

Once again, your poem is beautifully written. We need to thank God more than we do for all he's given us. Not only has He given us life but so much more, the beauty around us and everlasting love.
does the majesty your seeing (you're seeing)
