It's a great piece of advice. Your mood will be negatively affected if you do not get enough sleep. Everyone wants to feel welcome at someone's home when they are invited.

I like this poem because it is a rhyming poem and the words flow together. It's also a poem that encourages the reader. Rest is something that we all need and I know I can relate to this poem because I don't get enough rest.

Updated: Good work on this 3-5-3. Three line poetry is difficult because it is so restrictive. I think to improve, rather than declarative statements, try setting the stage with more imagery and mood. A couple tweaks may get you there. What is striking about her features? What kind of rest is she experiencing? Why is she in such a deep slumber? Upped the rating so that I don't jinx you. Good luck in the contest!
