This is a good 2-10-2 contest entry. The text is a great size. The message is clearly stated. However, I do not understand the visual selected for this poem. For me, it doesn't fit the clear concrete text/message. Good luck in the contest.

There is no going back to the past. It is important to learn from our mistakes. It is impossible to hide the past. We must move forward and make better choices in life. The Lord forgives our sins. No one should judge us. We are the ones who have to live with the guilt. Thank you for sharing. Have a great weekend.

Excellent little epigram squeezed into this unusual form. I love the clever use of the double meaning of 'present' in line 2 which provides the perfect segue for the metaphor of unwrapping a gift and time past, present and future.
