Excellently done, Barbara. The imagery is beautiful and the dialogue very natural. At last, they've moved to the next level. I had a feeling Griffen might show up to put a damper on their picnic. I hope it doesn't turn into a disaster.

I don't see females as chuckling, only males. Maybe it's just me. I didn't think laughing was right either. I will use the thesaurus and see if I can come up with a better word. Thank you for the kind review. Although I'm 38 and sometimes giggle.

This is going to the next level and it isn't sitting well with Alan, I'm sure it must have been his fist that connected withvCordero's face. He doesn't give up easily. I really enjoyed this chapter. It made we want to be young and in love.

You have moved the story and the relationship along nicely. The hook at the end is excellent. I cannot help but wonder who punched Cord in Central Park. I do not see any room for improvement.
