Congratulations!
My feeble efforts on Amazon Kindle book was a nightmare (the last one). For whatever reason, Kindle and Word do not speak the same language when it comes to margins and gutters.

I actually hired somebody to do all of that for me. I decided not to go with kindle and am only doing paperback, the reason, according to the publisher, prime member get kindle for free, so I don't get any royalty. Thank you for the support.

yes. Kindle is pure vanity. KDP does paperback as well, though. And you can opt out of ebooks.

I guess I'm not too surprised the you would be told that but I have to say if your not kidding, it is funny and I might as well never try a traditional publishing company. I wouldn't be interested in reading a book with a pregnant male. LOL Congratulation on having this one out there.

It's crazy when people are inclusive about all sorts of weird ideas, except for Christian writing or fine ethical writing. It may be " old -fashioned" but there will always be a market for it. That must be very satisfying to see your work in print. I'm very happy for you.
