I have never heard of this song but it sounds very intriguing. All these historical figures are among my heroes too. I remember 1968, which was a very tragic year.

I was thirteen when this song aired on the radio in my hometown. I loved it, and it made me cry. It was a turbulent time and I had a brother in Vietnam. I took comfort in my music and played 45s on a little red box record player I owned.
