Very nice story. I think I commented on it before. I like the style, the rhythm and the pace of the story. I am more of a standard fiction type but this one was so pleasant to read.
Very well done!!

An interesting conclusion. I would suggest going over this again, with an eye on speech tags and punctuations. But it was a good story. Well done.

This whole story is weird. I missed previous parts of it so maybe that is part of my problem with understanding the story. It is well executed and the font is large and easy to read. Nice work.

Thank you for your kind effort to review this chapter. You are coming in cold. This is the time some feel a need to be cruel. These ladies are healing from trauma from having been vortexed into a monastery in the 16th century. You are welcome to peruse the previous chapters with no need to review. Just enjoy. The first chapters are about an actual trip I took to England. From 18 on is about being in the 16th -century.

Sorry I'm late getting to this Liz. I've been busy with other things this week and have fallen behind. This is a good chapter, a summation of what has passed and how there is now a new balance in the lives of these women. I like this sentence: "We don't change our tasks, lightening our burden from lifetime to lifetime,"

Well done.

Thank you for your supportive review. I'm so glad you got to see the resolution. I'm moving onto Be Wee With Bea Part 3. I don't know if you have read any of it. You are welcome to scan through my autobiographical allegory. You meet Bea & you know more about me. Part 1 --Early part of my life . Part 2 More recent part & Part 3 is now

You're most welcome, Liz. It was an interesting tale. I'm not familiar with Be Wee With Bea. I assume it was posted before I became a member. I will look it up at some point later. I'm having trouble keeping up with reading, reviewing and writing so I've decided when my full membership comes up for renewal, sometime this month, I won't be renewing it. I will still read things I've been following, but won't be reviewing. I want more time to work on my own writing and get back to some other projects I've neglected. Not to say I won't be back at some future time. :)

I will miss you terribly, Pisces. I do understand. For me, being on here has inspired me to continue writing. I've had caring proofreading by members such as you.

Thanks, Liz. I've enjoyed my time on here and will miss the contact with all the friends I've made, but I feel my writing isn't gaining any popularity, and I struggle to know what to write, so for now I think I'll try to get my fiction novel edited over the winter, and try to come up with some new ideas for other stories. I have had many encouraging role models for sure.

The writing is clear and flows smoothly. I like the rich descriptive words you chose to keep the reader engaged in the story. It is an interesting chapter that is well-written. Good job.

A very good chapter. An easy read with nice pace and flow. This reader enjoyed it very much.
Excellent dialog to move the story along.
Outstanding sensory description.
When speaking about 'clearly Renaissance musical instruments' maybe a mention what they were.
Thank you!

Thank you for your kind involved review. Coming in cold on the last chapter of a book is difficult. This is when many tend to give cruel reviews. But like you, when I'm unsure of someone's plot or the point of the book, I find the positive aspects of the writing. Thank you for that. If you care to, youcan read any previous chapters, such as when the time warp took place in chapter 18 or the remarkable true events before that. There is noneed to write a review, just enjoy.

Congratulations!! You have finished this book and shared all kinds of different things such as the Michael and Mary lines, the historical realities of what happened in Henry VIII's time period, the possibility of traducianism and how that might affect people's lives as they interrelate. I liked the analogy of the Escher painting and the visual and audial cues in this ending!

This is an interesting ending and good luck for all the characters as the 16th century will no longer threaten them with return. Are the same ladies off to another adventure?

Thank you for your involved review. No, my next project is Be Wee With Bea Part 3

The Tor was based on my trip to England 20+ years ago. All of it was factual until the time warp.

To me, this is the best book I've read of yours, by far. It seems obvious from this, and from the previous book about the travelers who picked up the Native American guide who was conversant in his people's spiritual mysteries, that your meta story rotates around a similar spiritually metaphysical structure.

it occurred to me, as a friend once said, 'what goes down must come up.' [First time I'd heard of the reversal. I like it!]

So, what's on your creative agenda next?

Jay
