Well-done entry to the 10-line poetry contest. The text is an okay size. It's a good free-verse poem. The poem clearly states the current environment in America.
I would drop the first line of the poem down one space. Some color and a visual would enhance your poem. Presentation is missing. Sadly, those poems with messages that may not be as good but have great presentation will probably get more votes. Good luck in the contest.

Replace live with life, these two words are confused all the time. Life means the state that follows from birth to death, and "live" means to be alive.
