Such a sweet story, Terry. Brought a smile to my heart on this first day of December. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to Christmas or not. I don't know if my son will here or not. Currently my dad is singing in his sleep though so I'm giggling. Lol

Although this is fiction much of the story can be attributable to real life happenings.
Condo associations I've know to be real sticklers to the absurd rules, many which are illogical.
The love shared by husband and wife in their own fashion stands out here.
The end result could very well happen during the Christmas holiday.
