One of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. Moves me every time I hear it. I, personally, know that though I have faced many tragedies and dark times in my life, without God at my side I never would have made it though any of it.

This is such a loving and beautiful tribute to the Heavenly Father and to our eternal friend, Jesus who loves us beyond words. I enjoyed this so much, and think it is a perfect response to the writing prompt, and I sincerely hope it does well in the contest. (I don't think you need the hyphen in the word "appeareth," do you?)

Adonna, your reviews are are always as lovely as you are. I thank you for such kind words for my poem and for our Holy Trinity.. Lol, Y'know appeareth really doesn't seem to be a word, so I added the hyphen to make it appear like it came from the Bible. There are no perfect rhyming words for spirit. I couldn't come up with one unless you can think of one. I'm not much on using near rhymes. I maybe will stick the spirit in the middle of the sentence and see what I can do. Thank you and if you do know a word, I would sure appreciate you letting me know. Thank you my sweet friend. You are so special!

Lol, I was just going to message you and tell you that I figured it out. Duh, I don't know why I didn't think of rhyming the ear sound and add it, but I feel even better about it now that you gave me your opinion. That means a lot to me. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much Bobby Jo for the beautiful review and words for my poem. I read your review and went and checked out few of your most recent ones, like War and Rumors of War looks fascinating. I will do more later. My post is in the middle of some problems we're trying to fix now. I also read that you too farm. We have lived on the farm for 40 pLus years and now just inherited the whole thing after my Father in-law passed away a few years ago. But we rent out the land and my husband does the keep up on it.

If I were to ask you, and you presented the powerful message of your poem, I would say there could be no better friend than Jesus, The Lamb of God. If I listened and believed the words of your poem, I would say there is no greater love than the love God has for us. You stated our Lord is the beginning and the end. If I believed your words, I would know that in the beginning, God created us in His image, and when our journey on earth is complete, He will take His believers unto Himself. Your poem is inspirational and uplifting. Best wishes in the contest.

What a beautifully grounded poem. I don't think in the sense of trinity. I sense the whole being. I'm glad you reminded me of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. This was written in a way that it reaches people. Very real and valid. Great job. Gretchen

Thank you Gretchen. And I normally don't think that way either, but it's always in the back of my mind. So with this prompt, it asked for almost a preaching moment and I am fascinated by the fact that the three are one, but still have their own part in the Trinity.
