I love this contest entry. You have covered everything and I had to laugh at the line about dead poet's work selling better. :) I myself don't like to think about death, therefore I'm totally unprepared. Your poem made me think a bit and that's always good. Best of luck in the contest.

Oh my goodness, that was a happy suicide note. I found it more sad because suicide isn't something that I believe it. You thought it through with instructions for cremation, selling your publishings and donating to charity. Offbeat as you are quite creative. Good luck in the contest :)

What a nice write- something we should all consider- while we have the opportunity- and if- most are afraid- and know in advance that no one wants hear any reference to our inevitable fate- I intend to follow the fictional persons example - hope I can be as focused- I was told I have about three years to get it done- thank you for the reminder!!
