Hi there,
I have to say that sounds like a nice day. It's funny when we don't work that we manage to fill our days up with things which take a lot of time and effort, instead of taking it easy. lol
Nice piece and best of luck to you

Thank you. I agree with you. We can't wait to retire and kick back and relax. It doesn't take long to get tired of doing nothing, though. The animals give me companionship and something to care for.

What an interesting read this is. You've captured your daily routine so well in the word constraint. Hats off to you for being a 'willing prisoner' to 7 pets. They sure are lucky! :)

Thank you. I'm the lucky one. The critters give me companionship and something to care for. We had a dairy farm and I miss the fast pace I used to live. The animals help a little.

I admire you being a willing prisoner to all those animals. I like them in little doses maximum (cat-sitting when my daughter goes on holiday is quite enough for me, thanks). Kate xx

Thank you. They are worth the effort it takes to care for them. The animals give me love and companionship as well as something to care for.

Thank you. Well, I do have other interests, it is hard to get a lot said in one-hundred words. It's not so easy to bend at times. That's where the stretching comes in.

:)) You are welcome.

Sounds like you love your pets but they keep you up and running all day. I can relate to what you say about your pets. I too have a pet who keeps me running and choosing her favorite toy or to playfully romp throughout the house.
I love her dearly as I know you love your pets.

Thank you. Yes, I would miss my animal family. My husband passed away four year ago, and I lost my sons when they were young. Therefore, the animal family. They give me a lot of love and companionship.

My sincere condolences, my friend.

I think your cats perhaps are the main subject of your day! Sounds like you spend morning and night organizing their cleaning supplies and keeping them happy!

Thank you. Well, actually I do a lot of other things, like writing stories on FanStory, and reading the work of others. The critters are worth the time and money I invest in them. They are family, and give me a lot of good ideas for stories.

Anybody who has 6 cats must spend their life vacuuming up cat hair. Good thing you're not allergic. How does the poor dog cope, being so outnumbered?
At any rate, you sound like they keep you hopping, and also keep you happy. That's good. Can't beat busy and happy :)

Thank you. I always tell my friends that I don't need carpeting because I have wall to wall cat hair. The dog was adopted at the same time two of the cats were. They grew up together and are great friends. I think at one point my dog thought she was a cat.

Sounds like you have a very busy day with six cats and a dog! I'm sure they are feeling very well cared for and they keep you healthy, too. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes in the contest!

Thank you. They do keep me busy, but I love the furballs and would be lonesome without them. The cat in the picture is the boss of all of us.

Lol. I love it how some cats know how to "boss" the others in the clowder.

Yup! We have three dogs. Feeding is 5:10 am and 6:00 pm. And as you're probably well aware, they know how to tell time. At least there tummies do.
I wouldn't change it for anything in the world.
Be well, don't get crazy!
Cheers, John

Thank you. I agree. They must have internal clocks in their bodies. They know to the second when it is feeding time, walking time, etc. I'm seventy-six and never planned on having this many animals at this point in life. It just happened. I love them all, though.

Thank you. These limited word stories make it difficult to get all you want to say said. I do my best. Thanks for reading.
