Hello writer,

Grandchild I assume?

letting go, feeling free
happy glow, joy to see

These two lines which comprise your poem tells a whole lot. Not only are the words directed toward a young child they are also pointed to the adult.

Wow. Very well written. Somehow I'm out of 6 stars otherwise I would've tagged you with one.

Cheers, John

Thank you John for the thought of six stars - that's a great compliment! Yes - equally valid for adults. I appreciate your kind words. And yes, this is my fourth grandchild (Charlotte aged 6).

Very nice indeed. Liked your last line of the notes, as when I read it my first thought as, but this goes far beyond kids. Impeccable form of course, and a nice legible cursive - could save the rest of us a lot of time if we knew which font you used. Kate xx

OOPS, I pressed send before I had made my comment. I jotted down the font before I forgot. I am glad you liked it, and yes, while the photo of her not using floaties and letting go of the rail prompted my thinking, I felt the theme was universal. We all have fears, and regrets or past experiences we need to let go of. Thank you for your very encouraging review.
