This is an amusing story not exactly from the Bible, but it's leaning that way. So, snake saved his friend, the worm, and Eve took the evil apple. Snake really ruined things for snakes with that mistake. Thanks for a good giggle before I head for bed.

This was a fun read I like when animals are given ahuman characteristics.. It should have been a contest entry. Very nice job. Merry Christmass and stay safe and healthy in the new year.

LOL A humorous take on the story of Adam and Eve. Gotta love that snake who did get rid of creepy creatures i.e. the frog and the mouse. That his mother disowned him is a line that really makes this post.

This is a very interesting take in what happened in the Garden of Eden! This would certainly appeal to young ones and those young at heart. Thanks for putting a smile on my face on a rainy day.

Sneaky snake. He deserved his fate!
I hate to be the one to break it to you... but mice can't talk. But if they could, I'm quite sure that it wouldn't be in English. And if they did, I seriously doubt that a mouse would admit to talking with a worm.
Best wishes.

Someone should call Disney; they have an entire industry based on a talking mouse.

Hah!
Good one!

LOL, what a hoot! If we accept the fact that there are 'fractured fairy tales,' then it would not be much of a leap to accept the 'fractured book of Genesis.' Very creative and exceptional. Terry.

If only it had happened this way. I like the direction you went with this. Offering a ride to the frog was a mean trick. However, even a snake deserves a mother who stands by him.

Yeah, ok. So, what you are telling me is Eve was just greedy, hungry and absent minded since she had been warned to not touch that particular tree. Then Adam, fool that he was, allowed himself to be taken in by the smell of a fresh baked pie, ate it, and they soon began to die.

I told a story about a snake with a pet worm.
-
Yeah, but your story did not end there.

You have to love a new take on an old story... there are always two sides! Nobody ever asked the serpent what he was doing in the Garden I suppose, did they?
I love when you do this... :)
