Kind of in the vein of, "If these walls could talk..." Well, sometimes I wish they could, other times I'm really, really glad that they can't!
I don't even want to think of where we could be if machines got to the point where they could think and then act on their own. We're close, I'm sure... but the dangers of it actually going too far scare the crap out of me.

Thanks for the excellent review and the comments on the subject matter of this piece. Society is becoming more and more machine like, controlled by the machines at the heart of all these governments and companies. And we are its pawns. estory
