What a surprise finish line! I love this! The oldest woman in the church picks three hims instead of hymns! What a laugh! This comes completely unexpected and I love what it must do the all the readers of this post. Thank you for turning us upside down with a roar of laughter. This most definitely should win the contest!

This is a well written and humorous short story that has been told many, many times. TV evangelists like to use this story as an introduction to their sermon. Your selected picture pairs perfectly and intensifies your message. Best wishes in the contest.

LOL, Dang, I need to go to that church, I might get picked! Or maybe I could do the her picking. This is a great sixty-word dash story for this contest, there are some good entries, but this could do well. Terry.

This is clever and well told. I think Sister Peggy knew exactly what she was saying. A good chuckle in so few words ... not an easy task. Good luck in the contest.
