This was very informative and amusing. I also liked the artwork and enjoyed your Author's Notes.

He realized now he has hundreds of horny iguanas hanging from the trees in the backyard. [LOL!]

This is funny. I guess if they were getting old you would soon be rid of them but on the other had if they are just horny this means the Iguana population might soon be exploding. I've never seen an iguana except in pictures.

Your writing is on point as always - easy on the eye and the brain. Fluid, yet with great interest factor. Above all memorable (useful in these exercises of serial reading). I loved the idea of Harold growing hornier as he aged! Kate xx

Thanks to this story, your readers, like me, have learned something they didn't know about iguanas. Your Tony is living it. This reads well and the story is engaging.

Horny Iguanas! Well I never expected that would be part of my evening's light reading! As they say "you learn something new everyday!" LOL. A clever little piece that is rather funny. Nice story.

This sounds like a cautionary tale for Harold. The reader wonders why he would be in a museum. When we find out, we hope he likes being on display & can find a girlfriend, since he has turned orange. A cute story.

Thank you Liz for your review. My earlier story on Harold tells that as Tony was leaving for college, Harold was interviewed by the museum for temperament. They wanted an Iguana for exhibiting to school children. He was "hired" by the museum.
    Best wishes.

I really enjoyed reading this. Such a sweet and funny story. I love how iguana Harold is a character in this story. And I love the relationship between Harold and Tony. I haven't read others of your series but I will check them out now.

That was so funny, Mary. I had to laugh when you told him why they were orange! I can understand why he lost his fascination with them! All that poop, lol! I enjoyed reading this, it really was fun and a nice way to start the day. Warm hugs, my friend, Sandra xx

Lol! That's so funny! I'm surprised that Toni didn't know that the orange color was used to attract a mate. I wonder what that orange-color meant in Harold at the museum. Thanks for sharing.

I'm late to reviewing this so you probably already fixed this:
He figured his color met that poor Harold (meant)

Thank you, Helen, for your very kind review. I wonder if the museum did not accommodate Harold in his time of need.

Great to catch up with Harold and know he had a happy life. It is amusing to read how Tony changes his views when he had so many iguanas in his back yard, he almost curses them. The writer uses a twist at the end when Tony realises the significance of the males turning orange!
